that the vagina has an ecosystem? I want to take all the critters from my vaginal ecosystem and put it in this and wear it around my neck.

You could do that, for some of them, at least. Although, it wouldn't be as pretty as the moss... Your skin, nose, stomach etc also have ecosystems.
